Happy Memorial Day Everyone!

This week has been quite crazy (lol i think i have started my posts every single time writing the same thing).. This weekend My Husband and I Just basically got a new bed (Cal King YAY!) this was a major upgrade as we were still using our Full bed from high school (yikes!)I believe I was testing out my Wet N' Wild Palette in Lust. I think this was last week before I went to work (as usual).. don't mind the spot on my face, it was light shining through the blinds)..on this particular day, My Mom and I went to Home depot to pick out Paint colors for Hubby & My new home (Tuesday 5/25/10).. and Hubby and I did.. we went with a light yellowish color.. it's "Corn Silk" from Glidden.. real pretty color!So don't mind me for the lack of posts.....

Busy Weekend.. as usual

This weekend has been quite crazy! I believe Friday I didn't go to work, wasn't feeling well had a horrible migraine and had SO many things to do.. i don't even really remember what happened haha.. but i do know i did just a few errands..Saturday I was prepping everything to get ready for the big day (Sunday) when we would officially be getting our house keys for our home. Hubby and I are so excited! :)since we finished things up quite late (of course had to get my gym fix in the early AM).. we didn't get to make it to a Friend's daughter b-day party.. so we decided to take the girls to Disneyland (the joys of having an annual pass - AWESOME!) so it was nice knowing we could come and go as we please.. How I depot my MAC Eyeshadow Quad (Pre-Made)

So in my previous post and on facebook.. I had mentioned that I finished Depotting my MAC Pre-Made Eyeshadow Quads (i prefer them in the 15 pan palettes).. and a few people had asked me how I did it..For this real short, quick tutorial.. I used the MAC Take Wing Quad...You'll Need Some rubbing alcohol, The Quad you want to depot, a Pairing knife (i'm using a box cutter)a magnet and perhaps a label (if you want)1. Open the Quad and take your pairing knife(or in my case - the box cutter thingie lol) and stick it carefully where the line is (see picture) and wiggle it loose2. Random Blogging..

So wow! the week has zipped by (thankfully!) because on May 23rd, we will start working on our new house! I'm so very excited! I think i should take some pictures of it some day huh? lol..Anywho.. Sunday Hubby and I decided to be spontaneous and take the girls to the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach.. the girls had a blast - we stayed there for a few hours since the weather wasn't all that great..Khristianna & Jasmyn looking at one of the touch poolsIt was a bit chilly, but overall the girls had fun. I've been kinda busy! catch-up post (long)

Sorry I've been MIA everyone! this is going to be a rather lengthy post as i'm going to be blogging from Mother's day (from my continuation from Saturday's Get up & Go Post)So Sunday morning (Mother's day - Yay My 3rd one I believe!) Hubby & I decided to go to the new gym and work out Legs, Biceps and I did some extra cardio.. It was nice - NO one was there at 5:30AM.. real nice to get my workout outta the way so early - I was definitely pumped!As I was looking around at the treadmills I noticed that they have TV's attached to them! MAC Collection :: Superglass - Are you getting?

So I know it's just came out (not yet if you are international).. is anyone getting anything from this particular MAC Collection? I've been hearing reviews on different forums, websites about how glittery/gritty this is.. Top to Bottom:Cherry Electric, Disco Blend, Fab Frenzy, Gift Wrap, Sugar Overload,Superflash!, Sweet Tart, Totally Bang!, Tunnel of LoveSaid to retail about: $18.00 eachI don't know if i want to spend that much per lipglass if the reviews i've been reading are just.. "meh".. lol the colors look amazing in the tube, but of course we know that looks can be deceiving. i think i'm going to actually skip this collection and wait for the next one! :) if you have any of these - what are your thoughts? love it? hate it? and...
