Gym Session :: 10/30/2011

My legs are a tad sore from yesterday's workout.. :) but decided to go with Hubby again since i feel so motivated!I did back/shoulders today.. and some cardio again :) Back:- High Hammer Rows (one arm at a time)30lbsx530lbsx5 30lbsx530lbsx530lbsx5- Lat pull down machine60lbsx850lbsx850lbsx8 Shoulders:- Military press (dumbbells)12.5lbsx512.5lbsx512.5lbsx512.5lbsx512.5lbsx5- Standing Bent over side laterals 12.5lbsx812.5lbsx812.5lbsx8like mentioned, just walked on the treadmill for about 20 minutes and then that was pretty much it. Hubby took us to Santa Monica beach to catch some sun and to hang out :) we ended up eating lunch at Bubba Gumps which was a delicious treat! i was dead tired after this lol.. after hanging out...

Gym Session :: 10/29/2011

My Husband's Body Transformation challenge progress + Hydrostatic Body fat testing

Hi everyone! :) I know my last post about my husband was back in September (Post is here) Well i'm proud to say, My Husband has less than 30 days in his challenge (The Live Shredded body transformation challenge on bodybuilding.com) , it's the home stretch! He made his first video (I recorded some footage and his brother also did some footage - his brother edited everything!) My Beauty Social By Beautylish Experience

Hi Everyone! :) I did attend the Beauty Social By Beautylish this past weekend. It was an awesome experience and i'm glad i'm finally able to post some pictures. I've been busy with finals this week (two being today) so I was not able to film a vlog.
