I know it's been ages since i've been to the gym - but with my bout of palpitations/chest pains during this pregnancy - I had to take it easy.. seems like they've subsided.. so i decided to get with the program and do as I said I was going to do, and stay active :)
Luckily, I had my biggest motivator take me along (My Husband) and here is what I did.

that was pretty much it - I also did 25 minutes on the treadmill.. of course i kept myself hydrated and rested when i needed to :)
Hubby and I went to dinner at my favorite restaurant :) date night! lol :p okay until tomorrow!
