Happy Sunday Everyone! Today, I woke up a bit early and went to the gym today to work out Shoulders/Biceps. here are the workouts that I did for each muscle group.
Shoulders:
- Dumbbell Side Raises - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
- Dumbbell Front Raises - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
- Dumbbell Press - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
- Dumbbell Curls (alternating) - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
- Hammer Curls - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (15lbs each hand)
- Barbell Curls - 3 sets of 8 repetitions (20lb bar)
I have a ton of laundry and house cleaning to do today.. so i will be back later to update on some recent goodies that i've received!
Girl, you need to get me motivated to work out with weights. I do a lot of running, but need to tone the body!

ReplyDeleteit's always good to start slow! :) so lighter weights are okay and work your way up til you love it! :) lol
