Gym Session :: 07/10/2011

Hubby & I came home quite late last night (went out with family & friends for some dinner and drinks - fun times!) and i've been feeling quite sick lately.. but my sore throat and cough were really acting up last night.. and I woke up this morning feeling like poop! but decided to stick it out and go to the gym as I had planned! :) 


Warmup:
- Cardio on bike for 15 minutes just to warm up & get the blood flowing

Back:
- Lat Pull Downs

(I varied the grip and width on each set)

-Hammer High Rows (one side at a time)

Shoulders:
- Bent over DB Row

- DB shoulder press
15lbsx5
15lbsx5
15lbsx5
15lbsx5
15lbsx5

- BB overhead press

20lbsx8

-DB Side raises
10lbsx8
10lbsx8
10lbsx8

- finished off with the free motion machine doing various shoulder exercises/movements.. 
and did some ab work (only 4 sets of 20 rep crunches)..

that was my workout for today! have a great rest of the weekend everyone! hope you guys did something fitness related this weekend! :)
