Gym Session :: 11/13/2011 :: Back & Shoulders

So today I went with hubby to the gym for a quick gym session and to film some footage of him at the gym for his final video (for the online body transformation challenge he entered online) he has like 7 days left and i'm so very proud of him! 


So here is what I did today..





Back:

I missed out on going to the Pamper me fabulous event that I was invited to, to cover.. because my kiddies were sick and I had to study for a quiz and also had a paper to work on.. so we just spent some quality family time together, cause that's always the best! :)
